Colors, tones, and textures may vary slightly due to screen differences, printing processes, and materials. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders must be placed through the website’s secure checkout system. Payments are processed through trusted third‑party providers. Kristen Singleton Photography does not store or have access to your full payment details.

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information when placing an order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary based on product type, print lab processing, and carrier timelines. Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside of my control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because each Print and Canvas is made to order, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only if:

• The product arrives damaged

• The wrong item was shipped

• There is a printing defect

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the damage or error.
